Birgit Schmidhuber has been working as an environmental lawyer at ÖKOBÜRO since 2012. In recent years, she has been campaigning for strong environmental laws, especially at the European level.
An expert on Austrian nature conservation law, she loves to explore the forests and mountains – on foot, by bike and, most recently, with her son Oskar.

Gregor Schamschula is an environmental lawyer working at the legal policy level. His work focuses on water legislation, EIAs, European law and participation rights.
In his private life, he prefers to travel green by bike, is an avid football fan and likes to look after homeless cats.

Priska Lueger’s main tasks include international cooperation in environmental law networks and proceedings before international and EU legal bodies. This mostly revolves around the Aarhus Convention.

Lisa Weinberger’s work is centred on public affairs and advocacy on behalf of the environmental movement, both in the political and the public sphere. As a legal expert, she works at the interface between environmental law and policy.
In her private life, she looks after her small but beautiful plant collection and advocates for media pluralism and gender equality.

Caroline Krecké’s work is focused on the platform SDG Watch Austria and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. As an expert in text editing and translation, she also fine-tunes documents and social media posts.
In her free time, you can find her training with her floorball team, at a concert or enjoying a walk in the woods.

Starting with September 2022, Lisa Schranz is taking over a maternity leave position. The environmental lawyer is particularly active in the field of Austrian nature and species conservation law, but also deals with environmental law at the European level.
In her free time, she loves to relax with her border collie dog Riley while hiking in the mountains. She is also known for her high coffee consumption.

Maja Ravnjak is a real environmentalist at heart. She makes sure everything runs smoothly at ÖKOBÜRO and keeps an eye on the cash flow figures.
After work, she often spends time with her son and also enjoys doing sport, including everything from walking to weight lifting.

Veronika Marhold mainly deals with international matters and proceedings before international and Union law bodies. The Aarhus Convention is usually involved. Her areas of interest are climate protection and constitutional law.
In her private life, she can be found in the mountains, usually equipped with climbing shoes or touring skis.
